Thankyou to everyone who commented the other day.

Basically,

My Yard Owner's Wife [a complete multiple personality angry woman] asked the other day if they could have my horse trailer keys, because someone from a show they recently held, had seen it, and because their horse isnt great with trailers, they wanted to buy a bigger one. Saw mine, and wanted to know if their car would tow it, and if it would be any good.

I will add now that my trailer is not for sale, never has been, never will, and also, it is an Equi Trek, so it looks to the horse like it's a horse box, because they load at the side and face backwards.

I said it was OK that they could try my trailer, but i would have to be there. The Yard Owner's Wife asked for the keys, and i said no, I will have to be there if someone is using my trailer, as it is not insured for other people to use. Yet she asked several more time's, and i simply said my aunt would come over with me, if they had any questions about towing ect [Plus if their 'car' wasnt up to pulling the trailer, and the car got damaged, me being there wouldnt help the legal issue. Most trailers here are a ton or less, mine is 2.5 tons, so as you can imagine, most 4X4's cannot pull it.]

She said it was fine that i go at lunchtime on sunday [yesterday]

On the yard saturday night, told by the YO'd Husband [hes actually the nicer of the two] said if my keys werent there at 9am the next day [being the same day we were coming at lunch time] I would have a 28 day notice to find a new yard.

Now, lets think,

I give someone MY trailer keys, or I get kicked off the yard?!?!? How REDICULOUS is that??

The yard has it's major problems, mainly being that they have NO clue at all about horses, but for gods sake. I spoke to several of the other liveries, and one mentioned they had been doing a similar thing to others when they had complained about the shit service [one reason im always on DIY]

To prevent me ranting and raving about them any more, it got "sorted" by my aunt, although she's just as pissed off and confused as i am.

I dont know why i take such shit from a MPD crazy witch, but i suppose it could be to do with the fact that Spud took so long to settle, and now he's finally settled i just dont want to stress him out again. Bah, i dont know. Although i know if a better yard opens up near by i will certantly be moving, as will alot of the other liveries!!

Now i know why i like animals more

I guess though, i wish i was back at my old yard, but that's too close, far too close.. and he can never know that
